Wiring Guide
Step-by-Step Instructions
Mount the two Din Rails in the enclosure using the supplied hardware
Mount the Top Rail Components
A SS2 Spacer goes on the left end of the rail
Shelly ARUS-RW-60-24-D3 mounts next to the spacer on the left side
A Din Rail Spacer mounts next to the Shelly Power Supply
A DK2.5NC-PE ground terminal mounts towards the right-hand side of the rail
The top connector of this terminal will connect to the Ground Terminal of the Power Supply
The bottom connector of this terminal will connect to the ground output of the DK2.5NC-PE on the bottom rail
When the screws on the terminals are tightened the terminals will bite into the rails
Mount the following components to the bottom rail, in this order (from left to right)
SS2 Spacer
(1) DK4N Terminal
The top connector on this terminal gets connected to one of the (+V) terminals of the Shelly Power Supply
(1) DK4N-BK Terminal
The top connector on this terminal gets connected to one of the (-V) terminals of the Shelly Power Supply
SS2 Spacer
This will hold the output terminals and connections on the left-hand side of the din rail.
SS2 Spacer
Leaving roughly a 3-inch space between the previous SS2 Spacer this will be used to hold the remaining terminals in place
(2) DK4N-BK Terminals (connected by a two-position jumper)
The top terminal of each is connected to the (L) Line Voltage and (I) Input terminals respectively
The bottom terminal of one of these two terminals will be connected to the line voltage input
(2) DK4N Terminals (connected by a two-position jumper)
The top terminal of each is connected to the (N) Neutral terminals of the Shelly Plus 1PM and Shelly Power Supply
A DK2.5NC-PE ground terminal mounts towards the right-hand side of the rail
The top connector of this terminal will connect to the bottom connector of the DK2.5NC-PE terminal on the top rail
Tips & Tricks
Use wire appropriate to your application.
Ground terminals should be securely fastened to the rail.
All wiring going in and out of the enclosure must pass through a strain relief.
When routing wires in the enclosure, zip ties, and adhesive zip tie mounts are helpful.
Use spacers to hold devices in place and to separate components.
All screw terminals should be properly tightened. Overtightening will result in damaged components.
Use the washers included with the hardware to mount the din rails.
Using stranded wire of the appropriate size is generally preferable to using solid core.
